Lovely hotel in a peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful grounds and with a fantastic pool. Friendly and attentive staff who are eager to please. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with lots of variety and great coffee, and the spa is fantastic with a range of treatments on offer. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, and there are some excellent restaurants nearby.
The rooms are a little dated and could have been cleaner. The air conditioning seemed to be struggling in our room, and we found it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the heat.

good breafast with fresh fruit, during out stay we had some healthy problem and owner of the hotel himself took us to the hospital in the city
internet was not working during our stay, fridge was broken, TV only paid, the room was cold and wet, room not 4 star standards, no transfer to the city as was said in hotel web page

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is set in a beautiful and rustic surrounding, with a regular shuttle service that took us to the stunning Ortigia Island several times a day. This ensured that we were not isolated and had easy access to explore the area and its many sights. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning, accompanied by the serene sounds of birds singing in the beautiful garden. Additionally, the location was convenient for us to hire a car at the airport, allowing us the freedom to explore the surrounding areas.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Very friendly staff. They speak very good English and are well prepared to help with all your questions and tour recommendations and all maps of the region. It's a nice place to stay.

peace & tranquility , helpful staff , nice pool , bedroom & bathroom were very spacious ,
if you stay here be aware that while it is in a residential area it is off the beaten track so there will be an extra cost on taxis if you dont have transport , there are no shops or bars within walking distance , however I did enjoy my cycle to the shop [30 mins.round trip]

The hotel is located in the peaceful Isola area of Siracusa, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It provides a perfect base to explore the surrounding countryside and enjoy a tranquil atmosphere. the beautiful garden is a delight, especially in the mornings, with the soothing sound of birds singing. the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The Wi-fi signal in the rooms is weak, requiring guests to go to the reception or the bar to have a reliable internet connection.

The atmosphere in the parc is great, location of the hotel is good.
But the breakfast was really not good, delay, quality of the food, ... In comparaison with other properities we visited during our vacations in Italy, it was the worst in terms of service and the most expensive. It seems the owners are not from the hotel industries which, from my experience, is never a good thing.

I was very disappointed of the location (sporky around), this hotel is very isolated, far from the beach, the rooms are sad and lake of luminosity, this is not are described on the website of the hotel

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The setting of this hotel is truly unique, with a rustic charm that adds to its charm. It is located outside the urban center, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The regular shuttle service to the nearby Ortigia Island was a fantastic addition, ensuring that I was able to explore the beautiful surroundings without feeling isolated.
This place is highly recommended for everyone.

The breakfast eaten outdoors und thepurgula was very nice. but we had to find our own way out there. But that was about all to recommend this place
At first they gave us a room for handicapped patrons with a shower head four feet high. We asked for a different room and they gave us a tiny room with an even smaller bathroom. the air-conditioning never worked. When we asked to have it fixed they said they would do so but no repairs were ever made and they seemed not to care at all that we were stuck in a very hot room. When we opened the windows we were overrun with flies. Every time we went to take a shower the water was cold. We tried in the morning and in the evening with no luck and no help from the staff. The bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived and the bathroom window had cobwebs in it. Overall, you can do better elsewhere.

The hotel was spread out between the pool, restraunt and pool, which was very nice. It was close to an awesome beach with big caves for the kids to explore. The breakfast was very good too with a good variety for a 2 day stay.
The small room frig barely worked
